If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you can return it to us within 21 days from the date your order was originally received. Please note that customers will be responsible for the return shipping cost. Original shipping charges are not refundable. Refunds will be processed within approximately 5 to 10 business days after we receive your return. All purchases that were made from the online store cannot be returned to any brick and mortar store. Should you receive damaged, defective or wrong item, please contact customer service immediately, also please return it to us within 21 days from the date your order was received.

Orders are processed in the order they are received and expedited shipping orders, such as Priority and Express shipping, are elevated in priority to meet the delivery deadline. All orders are shipped from our location in South Florida via USPS. Unlikely Hero ships to all 50 U.S. states and follows the standard methods available by USPS.
